My theiving business manager

My dissappearing business manager, has magically popped up.  Just he does not know I know.

He left a viber account logged in on the offive PC, and he has been communicatining with HR of a BPO company.  

He was all set to start a new job at a call center next week.  Interesting he did not put me as last employer.

Needless to say, the office was in full laughter mode this morning.  Job offer rescinded, due to drug test fail.

We had been planning on sending his notice of termination to him at his new employer next week.  

Under local law here, need to formally serve a notice to explain, and then a notice of termination.  However as head of HR he failed to update his employee file to his latest address, we sent it to his old address, and it was of course, not deliverable.  Under local law, a undelivered notice due to the person not residing at the address anymore is treated as if they got the message.

I await his next moves.
