However me and a buddy have improved this recipe, making it even more resistant to failure by the retards.  

We whipped up a batch that uses the lahar sand from the Mount Pinatubo volcanic eruption.  It comes out exactly like pumice stone after curing with a couple added ingredients to make it even better.  No more alcohol needed.  Just mix with water, let hydrate, then mix with cement.    It will whip up like whipped cream or egg white.
