Made This Today

Bit hard to get a good picture of this relief carving done on the CNC machine

Just a few days ago I did a 5" square terrain relief model of my local area that ended up looking about like that (except that it was hills, not cheeks). I've come to the conclusion that while this kind of thing might work well enough (using 1/16" ball end cutters) it wasn't worth the wear and tear on the machine.

This is better suited to an additive printer.
