    A speech meant to rally Filipino Olympians against their rivals from developed countries brought out President Rodrigo Duterte's competitive edge that had implications on both diplomacy and climate change mitigation.

    Saying the country would not be kept from moving towards economic growth by an agreement on reduced carbon emissions, Duterte said he had told a diplomat that he would not honor the Philippines' ratification of the pact.

We improved it to rely only on secure protocol and we are working on sharing these improvements with Mozilla so that users of Thunderbird outside Tails can benefit from them as well.
